Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Lead and maintain quality assurance programs, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Oversee audits, inspections, and certification processes to maintain operational excellence.
- Develop, implement, and refine quality control procedures to improve product consistency and reliability.
- Train and mentor teams on quality protocols, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Investigate and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions as needed.
- Monitor and analyze quality data, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure all documentation related to quality assurance is accurate, up-to-date, and audit-ready.
What you need for this position:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 4+ years of experience in a quality leadership role, with hands-on experience managing compliance and audits.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, regulatory standards, and process improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in analyzing data, identifying trends, and implementing effective quality solutions.
- Experience with calibration, validation, and equipment inspection processes.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
