Gear Manufacturing Company specializing in high precision machining is currently looking for skilled CNC Machinists with CNC Programming experience to be part of our team and grow with the company.
Available Positions: CNC Programmer Lathe and Mills.
This is a full-time position of minimum 40 hrs. Weekly 6am to 4:30pm. Mon. – Thu.
Overtime will be available as required.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in a JOB SHOP environment Programming CNC Lathes and Mills.
- Proficient programming skills are necessary to create cutting programs on FANUC and HAAS controls.
- Must be able to work with provided instructions and create a machining strategy plan to make parts to spec while allowing conditions necessary for plating and thermal processes.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced job shop environment producing a very high-quality level of parts with tolerances of +/-.0005" daily.
- General knowledge of Lathes and Mills is a requirement in working together with the Set up personnel to trouble shoot new programs or cutting strategies when necessary.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus but not necessary
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be eligible to legally work in the United States of America.
