The Quality Management Nurse Director will oversees quality, infection control, risk management and patient safety / relations. The Nursing Director of Quality Management will be responsible for the development of an integrated approach to quality across the organization.

The Nurse Director of Quality Management will be supported by 20 skillful and tenured staff members. The Quality Improvement Director will report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer. The Senior Director of Performance Improvement will collaborate with all Nursing Directors and Ancillary Directors to develop programs in order to improve quality, performance, and overall core measures.
