Join our dynamic team as a Permanent Electrical Engineer and contribute to the development of innovative electrical systems and solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including power distribution systems, high voltage systems, and low voltage systems. Your work will have a profound impact on a wide range of industries and applications.
Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Electrical Engineer, you will be tasked with the following responsibilities:
1. Design, develop and test electrical systems and products.
2. Evaluate systems' safety, reliability, and performance.
3. Manage power distribution systems, including 208 and 480 voltage systems.
4. Handle high voltage and low voltage systems and ensure their optimal operation.
5. Work with circuit breakers and other electrical components to ensure the safety and efficiency of our systems.
6. Collaborate with other engineers and professionals on large projects.
7. Prepare and present technical reports and documentation.
8. Stay updated with the latest advancements and best practices in electrical engineering.
9. Adhere to all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures for health, safety and environmental compliance.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must have the following qualifications:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, particularly in power distribution, high voltage systems, and low voltage systems.
3. Proficient in using electrical design software and tools.
4. Strong knowledge of electrical manufacturing processes.
5. In-depth understanding of electrical health and safety regulations.
6. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to work in a team and lead projects.
9. Professional Engineering (PE) license is preferred.
