Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of electrical maintenance technicians.
• Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues, including PLCs, motors, wiring, and control systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, electrical codes, and company policies.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Train and mentor team members to improve skills and efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to optimize equipment reliability.
• Manage inventory of electrical parts and maintenance supplies.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of electrical maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLC troubleshooting, and control circuits.
• Familiarity with NFPA 70E, OSHA regulations, and industrial safety standards.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical manuals.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Electrical certification or journeyman license (preferred but not required).
