Job Summary:
The Program Director is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and being a strategic leader for The Little Gym team. The ideal candidate will also excel at teaching classes to the extremely high standards established by The Little Gym International. The Program Director will be teaching classes while also devoted to day-to-day operations and to building a top-notch team of individuals who are 100% committed to providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Teach high energy GREAT classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method
• Lead a team in providing outstanding customer service and membership experience second to none
• Be a servant leader and manage day-to-day operations
• Maintain facility and equipment
• Sell The Little Gym program to new customers
• Be the curriculum expert and oversee training and evaluation of your fellow The Little Gym team members to further their development
• Manage birthday parties and special events
• Trains and prepares for team meetings, skills, and spotting
• Strategically schedule instructors into classes they would be teaching
• Set training plans for new hires
• Manage social media posts and engagement

Qualifications:

• Passionate leader who loves working with kids with a can-do attitude!
• Child development, early childhood education, and/or physical education experience required; gymnastics experience is a plus
• Customer service experience, preferably with parents and children
• Management and leadership experience a plus
• Technical and computing skills, ability to learn new processes and software quickly
• Great attitude and strong work ethic, excellent time management skills
• Loves to have fun and not only smiles easily but finds joy in making others smile

Availability Requirements:

• Available to work weekday evenings and weekends.
