SUMMARY
The Swim Lesson Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our swim lessons. This includes overseeing the logistics and providing mentorship to the swim instructors to help them excel.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Minimum

<li>Previous swim instructor experience</li>
<li>Must possess, or be able to obtain/maintain a StarGuard Elite Lifeguard certification</li>

<li>Teach swim lessons at least once a week</li>
<li>Consistently available Monday-Thursday from 3:30p-7:00p and Saturdays 9:00a-12:00p</li>

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Certified Personal Trainer will be responsible for providing one-on-one and couples personalized fitness instruction in person to clients at their home, apartment gym or outside while encouraging them to reach their fitness goals. Responsibilities are as follows:

Job Summary:
A Camp Coordinator is responsible for the overall logistics of the summer day camp program at a site. Camp Coordinators serve as the liaison of the program’s needs and information to parents, community members, school administration, and staff. Camp Coordinators inspire and coordinate daily camp schedules while ensuring a safe, fun, and positive environment for campers and staff. They oversee the daily program’s operations and ensure that all staff are equipped and ready to run a successful day camp program. They supervise assistant camp coordinators, community liaisons, and club leaders who will supervise 10-20 campers daily. They also manage staff schedules and daily enrichment offerings.

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for supervision and training of individuals with developmental disabilities. Works closely with Case Manager &amp; Program Manager to assist individuals in the development of their skills to their full potential, and foster their independence in a positive and caring manner. Completes required documentation. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul>
<li>Use the established methodology for achieving client goals and track progress. </li>
<li>Provides care, supervision, instruction and/or job coaching for the individuals we serve, services might be provided in person, remotely or in the community. </li>
<li>Participates in weekly online videos. </li>
<li>Development of activities, curriculum and schedules for programming in person or remotely.</li>
<li>Assists the Case Manager in implementation of the Individual Service Plans (ISP's)/Individual Habilitation Component (IHC) and provides documentation as directed by the Program Manager. </li>
<li>Assists with personal hygiene, toileting, feeding, and ambulation needs as needed. </li>
<li>Accurately and legibly evaluates and documents the individuals’ progress through daily charting and log notes in client electronic file. </li>
</ul>
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Prefer three to six months of related experience working with developmentally disabled individuals or other special populations. </li>
<li>Must possess valid California Drivers License. Requires ability to pass background check, physical, Tb and drug test. </li>
<li>Must be able to push and pull up to 50 pounds. </li>
<li>Must be able to use computer for daily notes, creation of YouTube videos and video conference. </li>
