Now Hiring: Floor Manager – Belles Beach House, Venice Beach
Location: Venice Beach, CA
Salary: $65,000–$75,000 + Bonus & Benefits
Belles Beach House, a vibrant and high-energy destination in Venice Beach, is looking for an experienced Floor Manager to lead our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality setting and have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring seamless service and a top-tier guest experience.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
- Manage reservations, seating, and flow of service to maximize efficiency.
- Enforce all food safety, alcohol awareness, and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth coordination.
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally and effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational excellence on the floor.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-3 years of hospitality management experience in a high-volume setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and build a team.
- Exceptional guest service and problem-solving abilities.
- Organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Experience with POS systems, Microsoft Office, and hospitality technology.
- Ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Hospitality, Business, or related associate degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
