We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Property Administrator in the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry, based in San Francisco, California. As a Property Administrator, you will be expected to oversee the operations of a property, ensuring smooth functioning and high standards of cleanliness and security. You will also be tasked with managing relations with tenants, colleagues, and vendors.


Responsibilities:

• Implement strategies for marketing and leasing available units within the property.

• Conduct regular property inspections to maintain cleanliness, security, and adherence to maintenance standards.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants by addressing their concerns promptly and ensuring their satisfaction.

• Collaborate with maintenance staff, vendors, and colleagues for smooth operations and property maintenance.

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services for efficient management of accounting functions.

• Handle CRM and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne for improved customer service and property management.

• Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) along with other billing functions.

• Participate in budget processes for effective financial planning.

• Manage the use of Management System for organized and streamlined operations.

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is a must.

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is required.

• Strong skills in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) are necessary.

• Knowledge of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne is desirable.

• Ability to handle Management Systems effectively is needed.

• Must have a firm grasp of Accounting Functions.

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) processes is essential.

• Competency in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) is required.

• Must have the ability to handle Billing Functions.

• Understanding of Budget Processes is crucial.
