Hourly Pay: $25 - $40/hour

Job Responsibilities
- Advise students on academic programs, course selection, and degree requirements
- Help students develop educational and career goals aligned with their interests and strengths
- Provide information about academic policies, procedures, and deadlines
- Assist students in understanding academic resources and support services available to them
- Monitor and track students' academic progress and provide support for improvement when needed
- Guide students through the process of course registration and graduation planning
- Maintain student records and ensure compliance with academic standards and regulations
- Organize workshops and orientations to support student academic development
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to address student concerns and ensure academic success
- Stay updated on trends in education and academic advising best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- Experience as an academic advisor, counselor, or in a related student support role
- Strong knowledge of academic programs, curricula, and student resources

- Ability to manage multiple student cases and provide personalized support
