Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years deaf & hard of hearing experience required.
Deaf and Hard of Hearing Teacher (DHH)
We are currently seeking dedicatedDeaf and Hard of Hearing Teachers (DHH)for the remainder of the 2024-2025 school year.

Position Details:

• Location:Modesto, CA (Various School Sites)
• Schedule:Monday Friday, Full Time
• Duration:Starting ASAP through the end of the 2024-2025 school year
• Pay:$40+/hour

Qualifications:

• Must possess a validCalifornia Deaf and Hard of Hearing teaching certification
• Experience working with students with hearing impairments preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized instruction to students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing across various grade levels and settings.
• Tailor teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of students, incorporating appropriate communication methods, including American Sign Language.
• Collaborate with school staff and parents to ensure the academic success and social development of students.
