Description
We are seeking a Project Lead to develop and manage single-family residential projects from concept through completion, balancing design excellence, technical expertise, and strong leadership.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, deeply design-driven, and proactive, with a strong ability to problem-solve, innovate, and take initiative within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
We have clients interested in both modern and traditional aesthetics. We're looking for candidates with all experience types to suite our projects needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and assist projects through all phases, from early feasibility studies to concept design through construction administration
- Develop design presentations, permit documentation, and construction drawings
- Understand and work within established project fees, schedules, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external collaborators
- Work on multiple projects with flexibility, resourcefulness, and strong problem-solving skills
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
Qualifications
- Minimum 5-8 years of professional experience in architecture or design
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Proficiency with Rhino, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Bluebeam, and Procore
- Experience working on single-family residential from early design through construction
- A passion for design innovation, new building methodologies, and resilient architecture
Salary, Benefits, & Perks
- $80,000-$120,000/year (commensurate with experience)
