Soliant Health is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a school-based team in Truckee, CA. In this role, youll help students enhance their fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills, contributing to their academic and personal success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans for students.
- Provide direct therapy to students, both individually and in groups.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement therapeutic strategies in the classroom.
- Track student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with IEPs.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Valid California state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
