Physical removal/installation

• Physically remove existing switches and WAPs
• Physically install new switches, firewalls, and out-of-band devices in rack(s). Individual pieces of equipment identified below.

• LAN
  • • 2 Arista 720XP switches, to be used as combined core distribution role and to provide user and server access as user role
    • 1 Arista 720XP in user access role
  • Update ServiceNow CMDB and provide documentation for all changes as SPGI business standards require
• Firewalls
  • Configure two Fortigate 201F firewalls.
• Out-of-Band Management
  • Configure one Opengear OM2216 device, to be used as out-of-band management (console access) for all above equipment

EUC H&F Support

• • 10 (working) days testing/move support for Users for LAN/Internet Access, Print and Scan Services

• Decommission

• Legacy network switches
• Legacy Firewalls
