We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity in the Social Care/Services industry in Los Angeles, California. The Project Assistant role is integral to our team, with responsibilities including processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving inquiries.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately process credit applications from customers
• Maintain and update customer credit records with precision and care
• Address and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary
• Utilize Raiser's Edge/NXT for gift entry and batching
• Ensure the highest level of data integrity through meticulous attention to detail
• Manage the Raiser’s Edge NXT Database and Direct Mail Queries
• Conduct prospect research for team members and create comprehensive prospect profiles
• Work collaboratively with the Finance department to ensure regular reconciliation of gifts and records
• Track direct mail billing, compare to weekly direct mail analysis, and alert relevant parties to any discrepancies.
• Degree in Social Sciences, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience in social care/services or a similar role is essential.
• Proficiency in using Raiser's Edge software.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and foster a collaborative environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of social care standards and regulations.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and sensitivity towards client needs.
