A top Sacramento firm is seeking a litigation secretary to join their team. This role is integral to this firm's function and will require a keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to client service.
Responsibilities:
• Manage a busy desk in a fast-paced, detail oriented environment
• Demonstrate a deep commitment to client service
• Maintain accurate customer credit records
• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently
• Show high proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and document management systems
• Learn and adapt to other software systems that support a busy and document intensive litigation practice
• Produce a high-quality work product with impeccable proofreading and attention to detail
• Exhibit substantial litigation experience, preferably in construction litigation
• Show advanced proficiency in calendar management and billing functions
• Demonstrate an understanding and experience in e-Filing and trial preparation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites is essential
• Mastery of Microsoft Outlook is required
• Ability to handle billing functions efficiently
• Expertise in calendar management is necessary
• Prior civil litigation experience is desirable
• Experience in trial preparation is advantageous
• Familiarity with e-Filing is a must
